Welcome to our Terms and Conditions! These boxes aren’t legally binding, you can use them as an aid for understanding the legal language.

Article 1: General

General conditions of sale of Whole Grain Sourdough Course

Article 1: Scope of application

These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites of the Whole Grain Sourdough website and course. Is considered as "client" any natural or legal person making with the company Whole Grain Sourdough an order validated via our secure payment platform, or by check or cash.

Article 2: Placing Order

Any order placed on a site belonging to Whole Grain Sourdough implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

Article 3: Price

The prices are indicated in U.S. dollars all taxes included (at the current rates), excluding shipping and processing of your order. The price of items can be changed at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be that announced at the time of the order.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is due immediately on the date of the order, including for pre-order products. You can pay by credit card through the integration of Stripe. Cards issued by banks domiciled outside PayPal must be international bank cards (Mastercard or Visa). We do not accept American Express. Secure online payment by credit card is made through the company PayPal and Stripe. The information transmitted is encrypted by software in the rules of the art and cannot be read during transport over the network. Any guarantee as to the security of this system is entirely the responsibility of the company PayPal and Stripe and cannot be attributed to us. By purchasing the course, you allow the email that you input to be used as a method of communication and you agree to allow your address to be used to ship and/or send packages and letters if applicable.

Article 5: Delivery

Delivery is made to the address you specified when placing orders (therefore, pay particular attention to the spelling of the address you enter and especially the postal code). The risks will be your responsibility from the date on which the ordered products have left our premises. However, in the event of a lost package, we will do everything necessary so that you still receive your product or that you are reimbursed according to your warranty.

Article 6: Protection of personal data

In accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, you have the right to access and rectify personal data concerning you. We declare all of our files to the National Commission for Data Protection. By adhering to these general conditions of sale, you acknowledge having read our personal data protection policy and consent to our collection and use of this data. By entering your email address on one of our network sites, you will receive emails containing information and / or promotional offers concerning products published by Whole Grain Sourdough or by other partners.

The content of the course is not to be republished or reproduced in any way including photos, videos, text etc. Discovery of such events will lead to the revoking of access to any suspicious students of the course. The course creator and affiliates are not responsible for any effects that the course may cause.

Article 7: Affiliate and Incentives

The owner(s) of this course is/are not compensated to provide opinion on products, services, websites and various other topics. The views and opinions expressed in this course are purely of the course owner(s). If we claim or appear to be experts on a certain topic or product or service area, we will only endorse products or services that we believe, based on our expertise, are worthy of such endorsement. Any product claim, statistic, quote or other representation about a product or service should be verified with the manufacturer or provider.

This blog does not contain any content which might present a conflict of interest. The course may contain affiliate links. This means that I make a small commission at no extra cost to you.

Article 8: Changes Overtime and Unmet Expectations

There are no refunds for the course or other products. All sales are final. The course creator, however, reserves the right to revoke access to any student at any time for any reason.

Outside information may change. Despite information being outdated, the author is not responsible for updating the information to be valid to the eye or opinion of the viewer, neither does it warrant a reason for a refund of the course.

This purchase includes an online course which is a digital product that is subject to interruptions or ineffectiveness due to factors outside of the control of the course creator. The creator does not take any responsibility for any of the many factors that can affect the experience and access of the customer and/or student of the course.

The sales page does not show every detail of the course, and over time, the course will likely be updated it to make it even better. That could also result in a student not getting exactly what they expect based on your course overview on your website. But this does not warrant reason for a refund or compensation of any kind from the course creator.

Not every student has the same skills, background, or dedication. It is not the purpose of the course creator to vet or assist students through the course. The purpose of the contact email is to respond to nothing other than serious matters. Gaining access to the course does not give the students access to a teacher, trainer or any assistance of any kind.

Students and customers of the course need not assume that buying the Whole Grain Sourdough course means hiring a personal advisor or trainer — there is NO additional assistance besides the course itself.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

The enclosed information, recipes and instructions are provided to you to help you learn to cook healthy at home and to conduct a healthy cooking demonstration. Please follow safe, responsible practices and use caution when cooking. By using the information providing in this guide, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks in cooking, which could result in serious injury or death, including but not limited to the risk of allergic reaction to foods, slips, falls, cuts, burns, choking and other accidents and injuries that may arise from the activity of cooking and consuming the foods prepared in the cooking demonstration or at home. You also understand that there are potential risks which may presently be unknown. You understand and agree that your use of the enclosed information, recipes and instructions is at your sole risk. You also agree that you will be responsible for the safety of any participants in a health cooking demonstration that you might conduct, organize or host. You agree on behalf of yourself and your heirs, beneficiaries, and estate, not to hold Whole Grain Sourdough and its sponsors, officers, agents, employees (“Released Parties”) or affiliates responsible for any accidents and loss or damage to your property and person, and you release and discharge the Released Parties from all damages, actions, claims and liabilities of any nature, specifically including, but not limited to, damages, actions, and liabilities arising from or related to cooking at home or conducting or participating in a cooking demonstration and related activities. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties for any and all claims, loss, cost, expense, injury, or proceeding arising out of any acts or omissions.

There are no refunds after purchasing. If the course needs to be removed, taken down and/or transferred (whether it be the website editor or domain), this may result in a timeframe that you do not have access to the course. No information in this course has been created with the assistance of AI, unless indicated. The course is most aesthetically pleasing and most user friendly on a desktop computer but still works and has all the information on mobile devices such as phones and tablets. This course uses and displays exclusively organic wheat and grains. All photos and videos of bread are my own from personal efforts and are not purchased, not stock photos and not AI manipulated. There are no affiliate links on this course at the initial launch of this course, but this is subject to change.
